Why You Will Love this Job

• Process all Residential Generator orders in SAP
• Ensure orders have the correct prices, discounts, current products, and customer specific delivery requirements
• Resolve invoice issues such as credit requests and customer deductions promptly
• Respond to and action order changes, expedites, and order status requests as requested by dealers/retailers
• Work with internal partners (Sales, Credit, Pricing, Logistics) to investigate and action any roadblocks to ensure orders flow through from entry to shipment without delay
• Assist with Order Testing requirements for any changes to current order processing flow
• Handle all customer emails and phone calls for an assigned territory in a timely and professional manner
• Maximize shipments dropped to the delivery pool for processing
• Access/update order information within customer portals
• Reports to Manager – Customer Service Operations
• Frequent contact with all levels of personnel in Residential Generator Sales
• Frequent contact with Corporate Credit Department personnel
• Frequent contact with Residential Service and Warranty Department personnel

Requirements

• Associates degree in general business, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• One year minimum office experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, MS Mail, Excel, Word, and Access
• SAP experience processing customer orders is preferred
