Responsibilities
- Prepares documentation such as quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers
- Maintains all quote documentation and the WIP with accurate pricing and configurations for all Account Managers
- Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications
- Coincides job billing with the sales team
- Enters jobs into the system and assists with ordering equipment for said jobs
- Confirms the arrival of parts for service and contract projects and notifies appropriate personnel of arrival
- Films and maintains documentation according to record keeping and retention guidelines
- Attends sales meetings
- Responsible for reporting job progress to sales and leadership team
- Aids with Account Receivable (explaining why items are owed, contacting customers for payment, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience: 2 or more years of administrative experience supporting multiple individuals
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Personal computer skills, strong typing ability and knowledge of Microsoft Office
