Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales and catering managers and directors with clerical tasks and guest service so that they can focus on closing business.
- Your daily tasks will include responding to guests' requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner; word processing, typing, e-mailing, data entry, filing, faxing, copying, and processing mail; other general office duties and assisting with special projects, as needed.
- Your boss is the Director of Sales.
Requirements
- A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Able to work M-F 8:30A-4:30P with a 30-Minute Unpaid Lunch
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

- Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications

Pay
$19 - $22/hour + Benefits
