Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the customer quoting process, including the preparation, review, and delivery of customer quotes and pricing requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all quotations comply with established pricing guidelines, approval requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quotes, pricing approvals, exceptions, and customer requests to support accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness while delivering a high level of customer service.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring customer data integrity.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable business insights, and support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee and manage new customer leads from initial inquiry through qualification, assignment and onboarding
- Work closely with outside/field sales representatives to support active sales opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, operations, and finance teams to support the sales process
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or sales support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing quotes and supporting sales teams
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience supporting outside or field sales teams
Pay
Pay Range: $15.00 - $36.49 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
