About the role
Acts is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist the Sales & Marketing team with various duties, including planning and executing marketing events, communicating with prospects, scheduling visits/appointments, entering accurate contact/account information in Salesforce (CRM), completing timely reports, and monitoring/ordering sales and marketing collateral.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the creation and execution of outreach strategies and conduct outreach visits.
- Assist the sales team with planning and executing marketing events.
- Communicate with prospects to schedule visits/appointments.
- Enter accurate contact/account information in Salesforce (CRM).
- Complete timely reports and monitor/order sales and marketing collateral.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills.

Pay
$19.52 - $27.76 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
