About the role

This is a hands-on sales role working directly with customers on the lot, over the phone, and through follow-up to close deals and build long-term relationships. We provide structured training and support for professionals transitioning from other industries.

Responsibilities

  • Build a book of business and earn strong income in a performance-driven retail sales role
  • Earn $120,000+ last year with typical annual earnings ranging from $65,000 to $80,000
  • Hourly pay plus commission with increasing tiers
  • Guaranteed commission while you ramp and build your pipeline
  • Inbound leads plus opportunity to build your own customer base
  • Strong inventory, marketing, and advertising support

Qualifications

  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
