About the role
Our Camillus showroom has recently undergone renovations and is preparing to welcome customers back with a refreshed space and an exciting new product launch. We are seeking enthusiastic, design-minded Sales Consultants to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers to the perfect pieces with your product knowledge.
- Sell like a pro, exceeding sales goals and closing deals.
- Build relationships with customers to ensure they return and become brand advocates.
- Stay sharp by continuously learning about new products to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (we will provide training if needed).
- Strong communicator with the ability to connect with anyone.
- Passion for style and helping customers create beautiful spaces.
- Self-driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Passionate about design and elevated style.
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers.

Pay
Compensation details: $47,000 - $87,000 yearly salary.

Hours vary based on shift and product launch schedule.
