About the role

Nationwide Trailers is hiring Sales Consultants who want to build a book of business and earn strong income in a performance-driven retail sales role. This is a hands-on sales position working directly with customers on the lot, over the phone, and through follow-up to close deals and build long-term relationships.

We provide structured training and support for professionals transitioning from other industries.

Pay

Hourly pay plus commission with increasing tiers. Guaranteed commission while you ramp and build your pipeline.

• Top performers earned $120,000+ last year
• Typical full-year earnings: $65,000–$80,000

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers on the lot, over the phone, and through follow-up
• Close deals and build long-term relationships
• Build your own customer base in addition to inbound leads

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
