We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions. Keep all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: description of company and role. The first paragraph: "Sales Consultant Warner Pacific San Antonio- Texas Warner Pacific Insurance Services is a full-service general agency..." etc. Could be "About the role" or "About the position". Use

About the role

then

with that prose. - Responsibilities: many bullet points. The posting includes "Overview Of Responsibilities" and earlier "The Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving sales goals..." and "Under minimal supervision, the Executive Sales Consultant’s primary duties may include, but are not limited to:" then list. Also later "Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:" repeated. We need to combine into a list of duties. We must not duplicate lines. We'll extract unique duties. List of duties from text: - Achieving sales goals by attaining new group submission contracts, developing broker growth plans, and/or new member acquisitions using effective sales techniques to engage and support brokers and/or members. - Maintain frequent and effective contact with brokers and build active selling relationships to increase sales of all product lines. - Prospect inactive brokers to find new sales opportunities. - Provide product and technology training for brokers and brokerage staff. - Make outbound sales calls and follow-up calls to active and potential brokers. - Conduct training seminars/webinars describing the tools and opportunities available to them through Warner Pacific. - Develops and implements sales strategies, and utilizes selling techniques to acquire new medical and specialty business through agents/brokers. - Conducts agency training and assists agents in the development of marketing plans and lead acquisition including, but not limited to agent websites, quoting and e-mail marketing. - Prospect new or inactive brokers to find new sale opportunities. - Participate in a variety of industry events and conferences to generate new agency leads and develop new business opportunities. - Make outbound sales calls and follow-up calls to active brokers and high potential brokers. - Handle inbound sales calls and product support inquiries written and verbal from brokers. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of our carrier partner’s underwriting appetites, services and products. - Knowledgeable of current industry trends. - Maintain insurance license. - Meet or achieve sales goals from new group submissions. - Broker outreach to potential and active brokers to increase sales volume and provide carrier/plan consultative services to brokers and/or members to assist with new purchasing decisions. - Participate in marketing events and exhibits, present Warner Pacific’s Value Add Proposition to actively recruit new brokers. - Coordinate, communicate and educate with team members to ensure broker messaging and communication is consistent. - Document leads and communication in Sales Force. - Make note of potential workflow enhancements and communicate to supervisor for consideration. - Work with supervisor and marketing to develop appropriate marketing materials. - Conduct all business activities with a sales acumen and a goal of providing only the soundest purchasing recommendations to brokers and/or members. - Demonstrate consistent, outstanding judgment, honesty and integrity in all aspects of job performance. - Ability to identify and maintain the most efficient process to reach required outcome. - Provide back up in other areas within the department/company as needed/requested. - Other activities as assigned. Also "Maintain frequent and effective contact with brokers..." appears multiple times; we deduplicate. Now Requirements / Qualifications / Skills: The posting includes "Additional Skills And Requirements" with bullet-like sentences. Let's extract: - Minimum of a high school diploma and or advanced education or degree preferred. - 2-4 years of Insurance Sales experience – (preferred). - Agent / Agency contacts – (preferred). - Valid Texas life/health insurance license. – (preferred). - Must reside in the San Antonio area or reside in a surrounding area to San Antonio. - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. Also "Compensation" section: Salary Range* - $71,250 - $95,000 annually, plus bonus. Additional explanation about compensation. We should include Pay section with that info. The instruction: include Pay section only if posting actually states them. Yes, they have salary range. So we create

Pay

with

containing the salary range and note about bonus etc. We should not include the long disclaimer about compensation being discretionary? That is part of posting; we should preserve ALL substantive information. So include that paragraph. Schedule: The posting mentions ability to perform majority of required work at designated office 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with flexibility to travel as needed. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. No benefits details. So we should not create Benefits section. Now we need to decide headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Pay, Schedule. Could combine Requirements and Skills? The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Requirements and Skills into one section "Requirements and Skills". But they said use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to have separate sections if they have content. We have both requirements (education, experience, license, location) and skills (knowledge, abilities). Could split into Requirements and Skills. That's fine. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info like "As an organization that values diversity..." that's EEO boilerplate; we should remove. Also "Warner does not want to miss out on excellent candidates..." that's more of a encouragement to apply; could be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's a generic statement encouraging application. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The statement "As an organization that values diversity..." is EEO boilerplate; remove. The statement "Warner does not want to miss out on excellent candidates..." is more like encouragement to apply; could be considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply but it's a motivational statement. Safer to remove as it's not substantive about role. Also the final line "Warner Pacific is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." is EEO; remove. Also we should remove the duplicated lines like "Maintain frequent and effective contact with brokers and build active selling relationships to increase sales of all product lines." appears multiple times; we deduplicated. Now check if any other substantive info: The initial description about Warner Pacific: "Sales Consultant Warner Pacific San Antonio- Texas Warner Pacific Insurance Services is a full-service general agency that provides insurance agents with sales assistance, innovative technology and back-office support — the tools you need to grow your business in a rapidly changing marketplace. With strong leadership and a focus on building and deepening our relationships, we have become a top-producing general agency for many of the nation’s largest insurance carriers." That's about the role/company. We'll put in About the role. Also the sentence: "The Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving sales goals by attaining new group submission contracts, developing broker growth plans, and / or new member acquisitions using effective sales techniques to engage and support brokers and/or members." That's a responsibility; include in responsibilities list. Now ensure we didn't miss any responsibilities like "Under minimal supervision, the Executive Sales Consultant’s primary duties may include, but are not limited
