Sales Consultant - San Antonio - East Metro

About the role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our award-winning David Weekley Homes Team.

Responsibilities

• Guide homebuyers through the new home sales process
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Proactive prospecting, marketing and promoting new business
• Proactive follow-up with prospective homeowners
• Maintain a relationship with the realtor community
• Work and communicate effectively with prospective homebuyers, realtors, homeowners, and team members
• Understand the loan process to present to prospective homeowners

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends, evenings and some holidays is required
• 2 or more years of new-home sales experience
• Strong communication skills: both verbal and written; with the ability to speak in pictures
• A proven background in prospecting
• Ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
• Commitment to act with integrity
• Prior closing and negotiating skills
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
• Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
