Fully Remote

Earning Potential

  • Your income scales with your effort and consistency. Here's what the compensation structure can look like at each stage.

Part-Time Agent

  • Working leads part-time, learning the system, and closing your first policies on a flexible schedule.
  • Based On:
    • - 15-20 hours per week
    • - 6 placed sales per month
    • - $1,200 average annual premium per case
    • - 80% contract level
    • - 75% carrier advance

Full-Time Agent

  • Running the system full-time, consistently writing policies, and developing strong client relationships.
  • Based On:
    • - 30-35 hours per week
    • - 15-20 placed sales per month
    • - $1,200 average annual premium per case
    • - 95% contract level
    • - 75% carrier advance

Agency Owner

  • Leading a team, earning overrides on agency production, and building long-term residual income.
  • Based On:
    • - $50,000/mo agency example
    • - $15,000 personal production at 105%
    • - $35,000 agency production
    • - 15% average spread on agency volume
    • - 75% carrier advance

Agent Slingshot Program

  • Designed to help new agents accelerate up the promotion guidelines from level 80 to level 95 in half the time. Start earning higher commissions faster with structured milestones and support.

Best-In-Class Bonus Programs

  • Beyond commissions, the Symmetry Financial Group platform includes multiple bonus programs designed to reward growth, production, and leadership at every level.
