About the role

Join our team in Southern California as a New Equipment Sales Consultant for KONE in the Orange County area. This role requires 2+ years of relevant sales experience or 4+ years of experience, along with a strong background in customer relations and an interest in learning about new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop professional customer relations through excellent customer service
  • Design complex technology solutions using our industry-leading support system
  • Collaborate with the operations team for project categorization and site readiness expectations
  • Use the knowledge gained from your education or experience to continuously learn and apply technological tools like our CRM
  • Implement a solution selling methodology, such as Sandler, to effectively communicate with clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and customer service
  • Strong understanding of KONE products and services
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

The annual base pay range for this role is $93,400 – $122,640. The compensation package is tailored based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and alignment with business needs.
