Sales Consultant in Training- Artisan Beer
Job Responsibilities
- Travels around assigned territory to service accounts
- Checks quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and service the accounts
- Fills shelves from displays and back stock to ensure out of stock items are minimized.
- Develops and maintains relationships with customers
- Communicates with Sales Representatives regarding changes in buyer’s preferences, out of stock inventory, oversight in shelf space and any concerns/situations encountered during business hours
- Builds and develops trust and a strong working relationship of the retailer by upholding Johnson Brothers corporate values, have excellent customer service and a “can-do” attitude
- Performs other work-related tasks and special projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Work experience in the liquor industry, such as: bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience, etc. a plus
- Goal and results oriented
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize work
- Competitive, self-motivated and customer service orientated
- Professional written and oral communication skills a must
- Have reliable transportation with valid insurance
- Good driving record
- Able to lift to 50-pound cases, sometimes repeatedly
Pay
The expected pay for this role is $21.63/hr. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
