Responsibilities
- Build relationships and create customers for life by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert by knowing the in’s and out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology.
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your 'A game' and a positive attitude every day.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience is not required but is a plus.
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Clean and valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
