Responsibilities

• Confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process and bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
• Use state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile point of sale (POS), and the bedMATCH system.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading mattress purchases.
• Work in a team-oriented environment with high energy and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Typical 4–5-day work week with 40–55 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with showroom floor tasks.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers to understand their needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages (Bengali, Hindi, Urdu).
• Commissioned sales experience.
