About the role

Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join their team. The position offers training, tools, and support to help new hires succeed.

Responsibilities

• Aid customers through the vehicle purchasing process
• Build relationships and provide an outstanding customer experience
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Maintain product knowledge on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and pre-owned inventory
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer communications and opportunities

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
