Sales Consultant
About the role
As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in-store experience while achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals.
You will work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. As a passionate guest advocate, you will connect with customers, make tech look simple, and foster a competitive drive in a fast-paced sales environment. You will also assist with merchandising and operational functions.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology
- Assist with merchandising and operational functions
- Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (e.g., November through December)
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods
Training
- Complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of start date (may include overnight travel at company expense)
- Complete various online and computer-based training throughout employment
- Complete a pre-hire assessment (20 minutes or less)

Pay
Sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate are provided during the first 60 days of employment.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Paid time off accrual: 40 hours per year for the first year, 80 hours per year thereafter
- Sick time accrual (where required by state or local law) may reduce annual PTO accrual
