Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle day-to-day HR tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from departing employees.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to HR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
