What We Are Looking For

• We seek highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants who can assist us in providing exceptional service to our customers.
• We have over 520 store locations and have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years.
• We are USA family-owned and operated!
• You will sell our premium mattress/bedding products using our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• A typical 4–5-day work week with the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• The ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• To provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving customers' lives through our sleep solutions.
• Experience using state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success.
