What We Are Looking For

• We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in providing exceptional service to our customers.
• Preferred Qualifications: Availability to work evenings, most holidays, and all weekends, typically a 4–5-day work week with 40 to 55 hours per week, bilingual skills preferred, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and knowledge of state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and bedMATCH system.
• Job Responsibilities: Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving customers' lives through our sleep solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• A typical 4–5-day work week with 40 to 55 hours per week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
