Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Sales Consultant at K. Hovnanian, you’ll play a key role in building dream homes—where families create memories, raise children, and plan their futures. Over 300,000 families have trusted us with their dreams, and you’ll help turn prospects into homeowners by learning all products, selling homes, and securing contracts. This is a demanding but rewarding role for someone who is disciplined, coachable, and willing to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow a proven sales process to achieve a six-figure income
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales database
• Present products to customers and shop area competition
• Provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional one-on-one and group communication

Requirements

• Proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred
• Valid Real Estate License required
• Valid driver’s license

Pay

• Base salary of $700/week for the first 16 weeks
• $700/week draw after week 16
• Generous commissions per home sold, with total earnings potential ranging from $150,000 to $250,000
• Eligible for bonuses and additional incentives
