Sales Concierge

Job Summary

In person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
• Screens and qualifies potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits

Travel Requirements

• No travel required outside of the home site’s area

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

• Must maintain production standards
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• None

Knowledge And Skills

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices

Job Experience

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement

Compensation

• The hourly rate for this role is $18.90 - $18.90 plus commissions and bonuses
• The target annual compensation for this role is $75,000 comprised of hourly rate and commissions
• Top performers may earn up to $118,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements
