Sales Concierge

Job Summary

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing associate to serve as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations. This role involves greeting, presenting, and incentivizing prospective customers to attend sales-preview tours.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits

Travel Requirements

No travel required outside of the home site's area

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
• Maintain production standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Knowledge And Skills

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices

Job Experience

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $18.90. The target annual compensation for this role is $75,000 comprised of hourly rate and commissions. Top performers may earn up to $118,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements.
