How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Primary responsibility for the commercial contract review and negotiation process.
  • Manage order entry and pipeline reviews in conjunction with the technical sales head.
  • Aid with Bid preparation and win/loss analysis.
  • Responsible for the Commercial Bid Release process and LoA submission.
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis for factory management and technical sales team.
  • Aid with specific projects and initiatives such as system updates and business process improvements.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related business degree is required. 3-10 years’ experience is preferred.
  • Proficient with SAP and Sales force.
  • Must have excellent analytical skills with very strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting
  • Maintain meeting all deadlines while completing multiple deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong background in contract review, heavy emphasis on Commercial terms and compliance
