Sales Closer

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess their roofing needs
• Provide product and service recommendations
• Closing sales through pre-qualified and scheduled appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Attend trainings and stay updated on company products and services
• Drive to pre-set appointments without cold calling or door knocking
• Complete a two-week training program with the company’s sales training team
• Attend regular sales meetings

Requirements

• 3 years of prior outside sales experience
• Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Self-discipline and high motivation for financial success
• Proficient in using various technologies including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities

Benefits

• Expected monthly earning of $12,500 - $25,000
• On Target Annual Earnings: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00
• Weekly draw against commission + progressive uncapped commission
• Bonus opportunities and other incentives

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, appointments at 1pm, 6pm, and Saturday at 10am, 2pm
• Sales meetings Monday - Thursday at 11am
