Responsibilities
- Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience resulting in a scheduled reservation with sales team.
- Maintain and utilize all training materials including inbound sales call guides and Strategic Responses (word tracks).
- Stay updated on sales specials, direct mail pieces, and manufacturer notices.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Be punctual to work and adhere strictly to the set schedule, including lunch and break times.
- Comply with "Client Care Center Policies and Procedures" manual.
Requirements

- Ability to work weekends and evenings.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
