Job Summary

Aid customers with purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service.

Essential Functions

• Greet customers, assist with product selection, and provide information about merchandise.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS system, handle cash, credit, and manage returns and exchanges.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Restock shelves, arrange merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance customer experience.

Additional Responsibilities

Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 6-12 months retail sales experience

Physical Demands

• Regularly stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Talk or hear.
