Job Summary
Aid customers with purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions
- Greet customers, assist with product selection, and provide information about merchandise.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS system, handle cash, credit, and manage returns and exchanges.
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Restock shelves, arrange merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance customer experience.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months retail sales experience
Physical Demands
- Regularly stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Talk or hear.
