About the Role
A growth-focused sales professional who shapes, sells, and closes large deals—single or multi-service—driving profitable sales growth. You will lead opportunities from qualification to close, leveraging deep sales process expertise and Accenture’s offerings. The role includes originating opportunities, qualifying, shaping, negotiating, and closing deals, as well as creating solutions for complex technology and business challenges.
You will interact with senior management at clients and within Accenture, develop pursuit strategies, craft client messaging, and apply industry-leading Oracle transformation strategies. The position operates within large teams, directing specific sales activities, and may require travel ranging from 25% to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience selling Finance solutions, with expertise in the CMT (Communications, Media, Technology) Industry.
- Minimum of 8 years of Sales Pursuit Management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience with a quota, preferably exceeding $10M+.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience selling Oracle solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with G2000 customers.
- Proven ability to build and manage C-Level client relationships.
- Experience operating within a team-oriented sales environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration in professional or military settings.

Pay
Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience. The following salary ranges apply to this role in the listed U.S. locations:

- Cleveland: $136,800 to $237,600

- District of Columbia: $136,800 to $237,600
