Sales & Business Development Coordinator

About the role

Sechler Law Firm is searching for an energetic sales representative to join our team and support business growth. Our firm has a unique membership program for our existing clients called the Red Wagon Club. This role will help with enrolling members in this club and will also serve to help us share these ideas with other law firms. Our fast-growing firm is looking for the right person with great energy to help us protect assets and improve lives!

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service, facilitating and promoting thoughtful dialog for participants in seminars to promote active learning and eventual engagement with Sechler Law Firm
• Demonstrate the ability to facilitate discussions and field questions within the scope of the presentation
• Lead one-to-many sales workshops for potential clients
• Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
• Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
• Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
• Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience is required
• Front of room one-to-many sales experience is a plus
• Evening availability required
• Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
