Sales BDC Representative

About the role

Toyota of Turnersville, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking Business Development Center (BDC) Appointment Coordinators to assist customers in a call center environment through text, email, or social media.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers promptly, professionally, and courteously in a call center environment.
• Communicate with customers via text, e-mail, or social media as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office Suite, CRM, and lead management tools.
• Ability to manage inquiries, update customer files, track customer interest, and compile necessary reports and forms on a timely basis.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50 per hour.
