Sales BDC Representative

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
  • Follow up with all previous day's leads.
  • Create customer contact notes in CRM.
  • Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
  • Respond to customer website requests via text, email or phone their preference.
  • Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
  • Navigate through dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business.
  • Aid the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales.
  • Able to meet or exceed monthly goals.

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service.
  • Working PC knowledge & the ability to navigate the internet is required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
