Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
- Follow up with all previous day's leads.
- Create customer contact notes in CRM.
- Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
- Respond to customer website requests via text, email or phone their preference.
- Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
- Navigate through dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business.
- Aid the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales.
- Able to meet or exceed monthly goals.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service.
- Working PC knowledge & the ability to navigate the internet is required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required.
