About the role
Join Dan Wolf Automotive Group as an Automotive Sales BDC Representative to manage inbound leads for Lexus, Chevrolet, and Toyota of Naperville.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and chat
- Engage and qualify potential customers
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Keep CRM tools updated with accurate customer interactions
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Help manage the sales pipeline for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver a top-tier experience
Requirements
