About the role

The Sales Associate at Wrentham Premium Outlet plays a crucial part in ensuring a consistently high customer experience, aligning with Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining the store’s visual directives and housekeeping standards.
• Utilize computer systems to ring transactions, handle merchandise transfers, and fulfill orders.
• Implement loss prevention measures and report any violations to supervisors.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling and fostering a customer-focused selling culture.
• Engage customers, convert them into buyers, and capture their contact information for future outreach.
• Assist with other duties as directed by store management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• A natural inclination towards competition and an outgoing, fun personality.
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the capability to cultivate a customer-centric selling environment.
