• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
