About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about products and store offerings
- Manage inventory levels and ensure displays are attractive and appealing
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
