Sales Associate - Stores

Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting each visitor, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times.
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, including receiving merchandise, maintaining stockroom standards, adhering to safety regulations, and reporting potential shortage situations to management.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate challenging situations to a manager.
• Engage customers using promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Handle store operational tasks as assigned.

Pay

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.40 to $19.90, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
