The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting store operations, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales to meet or exceed goals
• Managing merchandise and visual displays
• Replenishing stock and maintaining store cleanliness
• Assisting with marketing initiatives and grassroots events
• Serving as a product knowledge expert and representing company values
• Communicating effectively with team members and management
• Upholding store policies and standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6-12 months retail experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with retail math, POS systems, and computer skills
• Ability to lift 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and use store equipment
• Flexibility to work some holidays, weekends, and evenings
