About the role

Sales Associates are the first contact with our valued customers and perform a wide variety of duties to deliver on our mission statement “Country Fair Cares – about its Customers, its Team and its Community.” The role involves working on the sales floor assisting customers, preparing our food products, and assisting at checkout while acting as an Ambassador of Good Will. Our excellent training culture has earned us recognition as a “Best Places to Work” on multiple occasions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor, providing excellent service.
• Prepare and handle Country Fair food products.
• Operate checkout stations and process transactions.
• Represent the company as an Ambassador of Good Will to customers and teammates.

• Strong work ethic.
• Reliability and consistent presence during customer visits.

Pay

Starting rate: $14.00 per hour.
