Sales Associates assist customers in various capacities, from interacting with them on the sales floor to assisting at checkout. They are ambassadors of good will, embodying the company's mission "Country Fair Cares - about its Customers, its Team and its Community."

• Assist customers with product selection and purchasing
• Handle cash transactions and provide change
• Engage in friendly and helpful conversations with customers
• Ensure smooth operation of the sales floor
