The most important people at Country Fair are the ones who serve our customers on a day to day basis. Sales Associates are our first contact with our valued customers and perform a wide variety of duties to deliver on our mission statement “Country Fair Cares - about its Customers, its Team and its Community.”

• Assist customers in the store, including helping them find items and providing product information.
• Handle cash transactions and assist with checkout processes.
• Engage with customers to ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Represent Country Fair's values and culture to both customers and fellow associates.

We seek candidates who possess excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic, as our customers rely on your presence during their visit.
