About the role

Sales Associates are the first point of contact for customers at Country Fair, embodying the company’s mission “Country Fair Cares – about its Customers, its Team and its Community.” The role involves delivering excellent customer service, supporting teammates, and contributing to a workplace recognized as a “Best Place to Work.”

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Prepare and package Country Fair food products as needed.
• Operate checkout stations and handle transactions accurately.
• Act as an Ambassador of Good Will, representing the brand positively to customers and coworkers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Pay

Starting rate: $14+ per hour.
