About the role

The Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team in various tasks including setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. They are responsible for maintaining Guest Services standards and supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
• Generate sales
• Sign waving
• General housekeeping
• Merchandising
• Selling products
• Signed, priced items
• POS operations
• Loss prevention

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Physical demands: climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, standing/walking for 8 hours

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $15.15 - $15.40 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
