Sales Associate - Spirit

Hourly rate ranges from $12.77 - $13.02 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

About the role

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. The role involves maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards, generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards
• Generate sales and assist with sign waving
• Perform general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, and pricing tasks
• Operate POS systems and assist with loss prevention

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years
• Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
