Sales Associate - Spirit

About the role

A seasonal position supporting the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Spirit Halloween location. The Sales Associate ensures Guest Services meet Company Standards while contributing to sales, store operations, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Assist in store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards
• Generate sales and participate in promotional activities (e.g., sign waving)
• Perform general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, and pricing tasks
• Operate POS systems and support loss prevention efforts

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16
• Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
