About the role

Join us as our next Sales Associate here in Silverdale, WA at the Navy Exchange Service Command. We serve the men and women who wear the flag – America’s strength, America’s heart. Responsibilities

• Engages, connects, and listens to customers by asking questions to determine their needs.
• Directs customers to merchandise; informs them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, and STAR card promotions.
• Provides premier customer service.
• Uses a Point-of-Sales system to process cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards (cash handling).

Requirements

• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
• Previous Retail Experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.
• High School Graduate or equivalent preferred.
