About the role
The Company is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies dedicated to improving healthcare through innovative medical devices. This position involves working as a sales associate in the Sports Medicine specialty, where you will assist Sales Representatives in promoting and marketing Stryker products.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Representatives in the sales, promotion, and marketing of Stryker products.
- Provide education and information to doctors, nurses, and other relevant staff on the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products, product functionality, and updates.
- Advisory on appropriate product selection and answer customer questions about product functionality.
- Distinguish Stryker products from competitors' products and tailor promotional messages based on customer needs.
- Represent Stryker in a professional manner and influence customer decisions.
- Manage customer relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze territory market potential.
- Communicate effectively with large groups and via telephone.
- Travel up to 20% annually for business purposes.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in an outside sales position, preferably in medical-related fields.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
- Successful completion of in-house product training program.
- Ability to communicate effectively with large groups and via telephone.
- Ability to use common office equipment and drive an automobile.
- Passionate leadership qualities including confidence, communication skills, networking abilities, strategic closing, partnership building, and competitive achievement.
- Knowledge of all Stryker products, including their functionality, features, and differentiators from competitors.
- Ability to analyze territory market potential and prioritize call patterns accordingly.

Pay
$80,168.40 for salary + benefits.
Schedule
Moderate work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
