About the role

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and assisting with store operations. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding products they need.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety standards are met.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Pay

Schedule

Shifts available: Monday through Saturday, typically 6 hours per day.
