About the role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store presentation. You will suggest products, stock shelves, handle transactions, and support omni-channel requests, fostering customer loyalty and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Offer excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Recommend apparel and footwear based on customer needs
• Share product knowledge and promote loyalty programs
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Assist with point-of-sale and digital requests
• Collaborate effectively within the team

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 (or 18 in some locations)
• Ability to maneuver the sales floor and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn technology
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to perform required tasks, including standing, bending, and climbing
