About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you provide excellent customer service that is friendly, genuine, and professional, always prioritizing the customer's needs. You create an engaging and interactive shopping experience by sharing your product knowledge, helping customers choose gifts, cards, or wrapping, and maintaining enticing, vibrant store displays. Your passion for customer service and willingness to help ensures customers enjoy visiting the store. You'll demonstrate initiative in various tasks, from creating inspiring displays to assisting with services.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by engaging customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.
- Ask open-ended questions and use product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations while actively selling.
- Maintain a vibrant store by supporting visual merchandising and replenishment standards, ensuring a neat, tidy, and inviting presentation.
- Leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, membership, and ship-to-home.
- Use training and communication tools (e.g., Cognition, Paper reSource, InsidePS) to continuously educate yourself on products and services, enhancing the customer experience.
- Protect company assets by adhering to inventory and loss prevention standards.
- Work on the selling floor, which involves physical activity such as prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, and climbing.

This position offers an hourly rate starting at $21.30, with potential earnings up to $22.80.
