About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to create unique shopping experiences tailored to each customer. Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer, creating a welcoming environment to attract new and existing customers.
• Genuinely interact with customers to help them choose the right products and make recommendations based on product knowledge and customer needs.
• Drive results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.
• Boost product knowledge by learning features, advantages, and benefits, and stay updated on nutritional, wellness, and fitness news.
• Support store management in opening, closing, and operating the retail store, including cash handling, inventory counts, deposits, and maintaining store appearance.
• Restock products, maintain visual merchandising, fulfill online orders, and perform cleaning duties when not servicing customers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting—below waist and above shoulders.
• Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds; push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach, and bend.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50–85 degrees, especially in stock room areas.
• Use of a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.

Schedule

• Must be able to work varied hours and days to meet store needs, including nights, mornings, weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and key peak business days/hours.
• Work all major U.S. holidays that the store is open.
